International favorite Alexander Fu Sheng both co-stars and co-directs his brother Chang Chan-peng in an all-out, all-star, non-stop action comedy co-directed and choreographed by legendary director Liu Chia-liang's brother, Liu Chia-yung (a famous director in his own right).
