This week features a Mid- Century Renovation in Co. Dublin, a New/Old House in Co. Armagh & a Hay Barn inspired new build. After all, three homes have been scored it is revealed that the Mid- Century Renovation in Co. Dublin will be heading to the final.

This week features a fairy-tale cottage in Co. Galway, an eco-minded modern build in Co. Derry & a reimagined semi-detached home in South County Dublin. The home with the highest score headed to the final is the reimagined semi-detached home in South County Dublin

This week features a house in a hill in Co. Kilkenny,, an 'all about the light home' in Belfast & a luxurious self-build in Co. Meath. After all three homes have been scored it is revealed that the 'all about the light home' in Belfast is the next home to join the other finalists.

The homes highlighted in this week's episode are a new build with a Seaview in Co. Dublin, a bright & bold apartment in Co. Kildare, & an old school house in Co. Mayo.

The homes featured this week are a renovated cottage in Co. Cork, a Victorian Style home with a modern twist in Co. Down & a warm family home built from concrete in Co, Dublin.

The homes showcased this week are a dark & moody house in Co. Kilkenny, a modern two up - two down house in Co. Dublin, & a log house in Co. Wicklow. The judges decide that next home to make it through to the final is the dark & moody house in Co. Kilkenny.

This week, the final three houses to be judged in hopes of getting a place in the grand final.

The finalists all gather in Palmerstown House to hear the final verdict from the judges.
