Race to Mars

The story of six individuals who have been selected for a grueling two-year mission and the greatest human exploration of this century - the first mission to Mars.

The crew lands on Mars but Hiromi is injured in the process. Terra Nova's equipment is wearing out faster than anticipated, so they seek permission to use a Chinese drill to complete their work.

It's a moral quandary: do they accept possible death from this undiagnosed disease or face a possible lifetime of quarantine on Earth if they are contagious?

The crew is suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning due to a major system flaw. Rick and Antoine exit the craft to repair and replace the faulty electrical boards.
