Thenali (Kamal Hasan) suffers from severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His doctors who are unable to cure Thenali of his mental illness, send him over to Dr. Kailash's (Jayaram) for therapy. While under Kailash's treatment, Thenali falls for the doctor's sister.
