Inspector Han is on trial for Chin's murder, with three versions of the shooting: his own, that of his son Ken, kidnapped by Chin, and that of Chin's daughter Amy, who arrived just as the shooting occurred, casting doubt on the entire truth.

Jacob and Stephanie defend Matthew Yong, one of the Aspira Poly shooters, while Jacob's rival Elaine represents the other shooter. Sgt Miki Lee infiltrates a drug lord's nightclub, but his life is in danger.

Miki is captured after being discovered as Ang's girl. Han and Sam search to save her. Han and Razali investigate the murder of a father and his daughter. Elaine agrees to work with Jacob. Derek seeks revenge and tries to reconcile with Stephanie.

Michael Kang's trial takes an unexpected turn with a revelation. Jacob and Elaine clash over Liang's defense of murdering his wife. Meanwhile, Derek is interrogated by Han and Razali, which affects Stephanie without her noticing.

A young woman dies after a sex party. Han and Razali face a stumbling block when their trail leads to an ambassador. Sam and Miki discover that a murder victim might also be a killer. Derek pursues Sophie, but she escapes.

Han and Razali search for Frederick Chastings, while Sam and Miki investigate the victim's past.

Han seeks revenge against Chastings. Stephanie discovers that Derek is a serial killer, defended by Jacob.
