After an exhilarating journey by snow mobile across a vast frozen lake, the 10 celebrities taking on the toughest reality adventure ever arrive in the mountains of Northern Norway. They are met by presenters Paddy McGuinness and Charlotte Jackson. They are heading to the northernmost point of mainland Europe - 71 Degrees North.

The 9 remaining celebrities wake at base camp. They've endured their coldest night yet with the temperature dropping to minus 15 degrees. Paddy and Charlotte arrive for this week's team selection.

Only 6 celebrities wake at base camp. Last week Martin Kemp picked up an injury. Overnight, Martin's injury hasn't got better and this morning he meets the expedition doctor.

7 celebrities remain on the expedition. Their 4x4 all terrain vehicles leave base camp for team selection but there's a surprise in store. The last vehicle containing Amy and Rav peels away from the rest of the convoy. Charlotte meets them and tells them they've been separated for the team challenge.

TV gardener Charlie Dimmock has been taken to the expedition medic to check out her knee after she picked up an injury on the last leg of the expedition. It's the final of 71 Degrees North and just 3 celebrities have made it to the last leg - hot favourites Crimewatch presenter Rav Wilding and Olympic gold medalist Amy Williams, and underdog and rank outsider TV presenter Angellica Bell. Before they take on the truly terrifying under icer swim after which 3 will become 2, they must survive the snow cave that they must build themselves.
