Bob notices that he has started to lose his hair. In a wave of nostalgia, Linda reminisces about Bob’s mustache and how it made her fall for him years ago. Meanwhile, the kids tell their own versions of the story of how their parents met.

Halloween ist für viele ein beliebtes Fest - nicht so für Louise. Sie hält nichts von dem ganzen Trubel. Außerdem schafft es seit Jahren niemand mehr, sie zu erschrecken. Halloween hat somit jeglichen Reiz für Bobs Tochter verloren.

Thanksgiving wird auch dieses Jahr bei den Belchers groß gefeiert. Damit Gayle beim Dinner anwesend sein kann, verzichtet Bob sogar auf die traditionelle Zubereitung des Truthahns und holt sie stattdessen während eines gefährlichen Schneesturms ab.

When Gayle is injured, Linda sends Bob off to pick her up, so that she doesn’t miss out on Thanksgiving festivities. But an unexpected snowstorm derails his trip home, and his epic plan to prepare the turkey is foiled.
