Michael (17) dreams of a future as a pianist, but his parents don't want to hear about it. When he applies to the conservatory, he barely makes it to the second round. During a search for inspiration, he receives help from an unexpected source. His estranged brother Danny introduces him to pumping beats, brotherhood and drugs in the Rotterdam gabber scene.
