La Promesa

Seleni lives in Bogotá with her father, who is a police officer she is ashamed of. Frida lives in Mexico with Vicente, a man she is with out of obligation, as her true love is Juan Lucas. Ana lives in Sesquilé with her young son.

Alirio informs Ana that the travel arrangements are ready. Crisanto tries to rape Ana, she defends herself and is arrested. Seleni leaves home because she suspects her father and Melisa.

Manuela introduces Seleni to the man from the agency who will give her a job in Spain. Melissa asks Roberto to help her find Kelly's killer. Ana is released from prison and has everything ready for her trip to Spain.

Roberto and Melissa search the internet and find the man who murdered Kelly, but he realizes it's a trap. Manuela threatens Jeison to stay away from Seleni. Vicente discovers a message on Frida's cell phone and asks for her to be followed.

Jeison confesses to Seleni that he has a son, causing her to end their relationship. Frida tries to escape, but Vicente realizes this and forces her to stay with him. Melissa falls into a trap set by Hamilton, who holds her captive.

Jeison suffers an attack in which he is warned to stay away from Seleni or he will regret it. Melissa manages to call Roberto, who traces the call and goes looking for her, but the bandits manage to escape, taking Melissa with them.

Melissa is murdered while Sergeant Roberto is arrested for ruining an operation. Seleni and Ana arrive at a luxurious hotel where the supposed employment agency will train them for their trip to Spain.

Seeing that they do not have the papers for the women to travel, Juan Lucas and his men decide to undertake the journey by land to Panama, inventing several lies for them. Frida finally manages to reunite with Juan Lucas.

Vicente has Cuautemoc arrested for stealing money from him. The results arrive at Vicente's house, revealing that Frida is pregnant. Hamilton, Jorlis, and the women are involved in a car accident, leaving Jorlis seriously injured.

While trying to repair the truck, the girls and Hamilton are surprised by some men who try to attack them, but after an exchange of gunfire, they manage to escape into the forest where they get lost.

Alirio and his wife register Ana's son as if he were their own. After walking for quite a while, Jorlis's group manages to find a village. Jeison tries to make Roberto understand that his daughter is missing, but Roberto is drunk.

Roberto finds Melissa's body and feels very disappointed that he couldn't help her. One of the women dies after being bitten by a snake. Frida discovers a photo of Juan Lucas and his family.

Rebeca discovers that Juan Lucas was with a woman. Jorlis and his group manage to reach Capurganá, where they must wait for Hamilton to travel to Panama. Frida is disappointed to learn about Juan Lucas's family.

Hamilton asks the women to seduce the border guards so they can cross the border. Once in Panama, the women are gagged and locked in a warehouse where Juan Lucas tells them that from now on they will work for him.

Manuela closes her hair salon and escapes before Roberto comes for her. Olga asks Alirio to hand over her grandson, but he refuses and flees the village with the child. Tania is in charge of training the women for their work in Spain.

Juan Lucas tells the women that from now on they will be prostitutes and forces them to undergo training to learn how to dance sensually. Roberto asks his captain to help him search for his daughter.

All the girls have their first night at a bar and are forced to strip and dance sensually in front of several men who disrespect them. Olga finds Crisanto at a bar with another woman.

Roberto continues to gather information to find his daughter's whereabouts, but to no avail. Two women are forced to have sex with clients. Olga reports the theft of her grandson.

Roberto is threatened by some men who want to avenge the death of a friend he killed during an operation. Crisanto finds Alirio and his wife and asks them for money in exchange for his silence. The women begin their journey to Spain.

The women are hidden deep inside a ship that will take them to Spain. There, Frida finds out she is pregnant and tries to commit suicide by cutting her veins. Juan Lucas is very worried because he thinks Frida's child is his.

Crisanto asks Alirio for 5 million pesos for his silence. Roberto and Jeison are captured by several men as they hand over the money. The police arrive to help them, but fail to find any clues about Seleni.

Jorlis does business with the men on the ship and sells them two of the women to abuse. When Hamilton finds out, he beats them up. Roberto realizes that Seleni has left, as she thought she would have no future with him.

The women try to escape, but after hiding on the boat, they are recaptured, except for Katherine, who jumps into the sea. Alirio has no choice but to pay Crisanto's blackmail to prevent him from taking the child away.

Vicente arrives in Colombia to continue searching for Frida. Olga discovers Crisanto's infidelity and leaves him. The boat carrying the women is boarded by the police, who begin to conduct an inspection.
