Jennifer, called Luma, lives with her husband Georg in a small village and is expecting her first child. Her daily routine consists of household duties while Georg works. One day she meets the confident, bisexual Christiane, who has recently moved to the area. Their initial friendship develops into a passionate affair, which plunges Luma into an inner conflict.
