Siba's Table

Siba's baby is turning six months old, so three generations of family are flying in to catch up. Siba creates an easy feast including sticky Asian-Glazed Gammon, Ginger and Coriander Corn Salad and a no-cook Cheesecake.

Siba is firing up the grill for a fabulous Surf and Turf Braai. She makes flame-grilled Tuna Steaks and Pork Chops, spicy Grilled Corn, fuss-free Braai'd Baby Potatoes and a Smoked Tomato Relish that's perfect with grilled food.

Siba races against the clock as she whips up an impromptu Italian-inspired dinner featuring Pesto Chicken Penne, Harissa Ciabatta and a fast Puttanesca Salad.
