Rodney can't remove an Ancient device that makes him invincible but prevents him from eating or drinking. Meanwhile, there are power malfunctions throughout the city and one of the Athosians mentions seeing a shadow.

Sheppard gets bitten by a Wraith-like bug and is dying. While the puddle jumper returns, it gets stuck in the Stargate. There's 38 minutes to find a solution.

After a series of run-ins with the Wraith, the team begins to suspect their Athosian allies of having a spy in their midst.

Sheppard and the team visit a world where no one is over 24 years old, because of a ritual suicide practice they believe keeps the Wraith at bay.

The team finds a world whose people are on the brink of a discovery that may make them immune to the Wraith feeding.

Atlantis wants to trade food with the Genii, a simple civilization who turn out to be not so simple. They are planning a nuclear attack against the Wraith.

A strange energy generating fog allows travel back to Earth. But something's wrong.

Two hurricanes are approaching Atlantis and an evacuation is necessary. The leader of the planet taking them in tells the Genii about the situation.

McKay and Weir start repairing the grounding station, while Sheppard tries to fight Kolya. The puddle jumper on the mainland enters the eye of the storm.

Sheppard and McKay set out, along with two scientists, to explore when they stumble upon a distress beacon coming from a Wraith ship. When they move to investigate, they discover that the ship has been sending out it's SOS signal for 10,000 years.

Several residents of Atlantis are infected with a deadly nanite virus, forcing a lockdown of the city.

Sheppard invites a priestess, who claims to not know about a weapon protecting her planet from the Wraith, to Atlantis to discuss asylum for refugees.

A woman is found in suspended animation in Atlantis, and the team is shocked to see that it is Dr. Weir herself, who tells them of her trip 10,000 years into the city's past.

The team searches for a valuable Zero Point Module rumored to be hidden on the planet Dagan -- but their new allies have motives of their own.

McKay finds a way to send a message to Earth, leaving space for personal messages. Sheppard and Teyla are off to spy on the Wraith fleet approaching Atlantis.

Plagued by terrifying nightmares, Teyla begins to recall a time when she and her father were captured by the Wraith and subjected to disturbing experiments.

McKay and Zelenka come up with the idea to repair the Ancients' weapon satellite. Bates and Teyla get into a fight, he is found unconscious a while later.

All hope seems lost, until Colonel Everett arrives suddenly from Earth. He is determined to defend the city until the arrival of a ZPM, brought by a new ship.
