Fire in His Fingertips 2: My Boyfriend is a Fireman (On Air Version)

A firefighter's work is important, but after an emergency causes Soma to miss his girlfriend, Ryo's birthday, he is determined to make their upcoming date perfect to make up for it. What could possibly go wrong?

Ryo never imagined seeing her ex-boyfriend at her work place. He's assigned to work on the same project as her. They confront each other in a heated dispute. One thing's for sure, Ryo can't bring these troubles home with her.

When Soma leaves for fireman training camp, Ryo focuses her sights on her work. With Rei stepping in to help her succeed, Ryo finds herself grateful to him. Soma comes home early to see the distance between Ryo and her ex-boyfriend becoming shorter.

Soma returns from his training camp. Ryo attempts to make him his favorite dinner as a reward. Soma worries about how close Rei and Ryo are becoming. Soma wants to trust Ryo, but when she hides more information, his insecurities only grow.

Ryo pretends to be Rei's girlfriend so Akane will leave him alone. Meanwhile, Soma and his friends get caught spying on them. Keeping her promise of helping Rei, Ryo tries to explain herself to Soma.

Ryo and Soma make up and move forward with their relationship. Rumors at Ryo's workplace cause Soma to have renewed doubts. Soma, hoping to become more appealing to Ryo, changes himself to match what he believes Ryo wants in a man.

At the Fireman's Competition, Ryo goes to support Soma, and cheers him on as loudly as she can. Despite his proud smile, Soma is grateful for Ryo's support and will do anything to ensure that Rei cannot steal her heart away.

Ryo, Soma, and their friends go to Kedamaru Land for Halloween, but Rei is determined to change Ryo's heart. When the night becomes too scary for Ryo, Soma comes to the rescue. When Rei confronts her about Soma, she confesses the truth.
