While drunk at his stag night, Tom accidentally shares a secret with Steve and Ian. Later, Jessie and her friends enjoy a weekend away in the countryside, but tensions rise when Ian blurts out a secret that Jessie wishes she hadn't heard.

While preparing for his wedding day, Tom finally decides to come clean about a secret he's been hiding from Clem. Ian tries to make amends with Jessie, who has her own crisis of confidence when her 33rd birthday celebrations don't go as planned.

As Kate goes into labor, Ian has his own hospital meltdown. Unexpectedly finding himself at the hospital, Tom takes the opportunity to smooth things over with Jessie ... but is it too late for the former lovers to reconnect years after their breakup?
