The Challenge returns to Thailand, where competitors must immediately race through Bangkok to their new villa. The top three become team captains, facing a challenge that tests the new teams' balance and agility.

As teams rotate captains, tensions explode between loyalty and unity. New leaders face a dizzying test high above Bangkok, romance grips the villa, and one team's bid to regroup becomes a fight to survive.
