Kikuzawa begins to tell the story about how he once fell under Yokoya's control. When he was a teenager, Yokoya transferred to his high school. On his first day he unsettled everyone, asking, "So, who's in charge of this school?" out of nowhere. The son of the president of a major financial group, Yokoya quickly caught the attention of a gang of delinquents, who conspired to target him....

Akiyama comes up with a plan to compensate for the Country of Day's weaknesses, but Yokoya also makes a move.

Yokoya carries out Akiyama's betrayal strategy first, causing all of the Day Nation's ATM money to be deposited into the Night Nation's, leaving them with a zero yen balance. The Confession Game exposes the Day Nation's scheme, and Yokoya explains his bold strategy. He believes there is a chance Akiyama is lying about having hidden the 1.91 billion yen. To determine whether his hunch is correct, Yokoya declares that he will go along with the Day Nation's plan, though it's just a ruse. He also intends to pretend to withdraw all of the money from a Night Nation ATM...

Nearco's announcement echoes throughout the venue, signaling that all 50 rounds of the Contraband Game have come to an end. In the game's final phase, as neither the Day Nation nor the Night Nation have any money left in their ATMs, a stalemate continues as both sides keep passing. However, Yokoya has a secret plan to break this deadlock. Just as intended, he throws the Day Nation into chaos...
