On his day off, Danger Mouse and Penfold decide to search for the lost crown of Questzebottle in the depths of the Amazon Jungle. Baron Greenback's plan is to wait outside the temple for the duo to surface, and then steal the crown.

Danger Mouse and Penfold are sent to grapple with a small but mighty dragon that is terrorizing the countryside of Wales. Things go awry when Penfold gets himself captured by the beast and becomes imprisoned in his castle.

Greenback reveals his latest secret weapon in the Albert Hall: a Magnetic Molecular Molder, a machine capable of duplicating anyone. As The Baron proceeds to make 1,000 copies of himself, the machine accidently creates 1,000 Penfolds.

After Colonel K manages to inform Danger Mouse and Penfold of Greenback's secret base on the Moon, Danger Mouse and Penfold blast off into outer space to sabotage the communications-jamming base Baron Greenback has constructed there.

Using his new weather-controlling machine, Baron Greenback covers London with nine meters of snow, pelts Danger Mouse and Penfold with hail and fog, and then plans to unleash a destructive new Ice Age upon the earth.

When the United Nations inform Colonel K that aliens from another planet have announced their imminent arrival in Scotland, he sends his two top agents, Danger Mouse and Penfold, to meet them.

Baron Greenback has invented an Auto McCrikey that can overtake other mechanical devices by remote control. To use it on Danger Mouse's Mark 3 flying car, he orders his henchman, Stiletto Mafiosa, to lure their arch enemy into a trap.

Agent 57 sends word to headquarters that Greenback has built a hideaway on a pinnacle of rock in the middle of a volcanic crater in Northern Iceland. When Danger Mouse and Penfold arrive on the scene, they bump into a gadget salesman.

When Colonel K and the houses of Parliament are hit by Greenback's age-altering bombs, they all age at least 25 years. As Danger Mouse and Penfold close in on Baron Greenback's hideout, they each get hit with two bombs apiece.
