Ma Delano's family -- Jennie, Joe and Harry -- operates an arcade on a pier. Mitch is an influential operator in Ma's business. After Harry joins Mitch's bootlegging, he is arrested, and Harry takes over. But when Mitch is released, he goes after Harry.
