Chris and Gregg journey to Edinburgh to meet the Hoyland family. Dad, Derek who is coeliac hasn't eaten the same meal as his family for nearly 6 years, living off salads to avoid any gluten in his diet. Mum, Clair is brand obsessed, filling the trolley with frozen convenience food, diet ready meals and litres of bottled water every week.

Gregg and Chris head to Wandsworth, South London to meet the King Family. Sheena is mum to daughter Nila and works as a dental nurse, and Sheena's mum Urlene lives close-by.
