A rescue helo has picked up Skates, but Harm remains adrift in the sea. With Mac's uncanny help, a Viking finds Harm's life-raft, then a helicopter finds Harm, but his condition is critical. Mac declines to set another date, then Mic returns to Oz.

Aboard the USS Guadalcanal Lt. Colonel Holmes waits on the flight deck to interview an arriving pilot when he is told to step back for safety reasons. Once the pilot lands the Lt. Colonel is nowhere to be found and a call for a man overboard is made.

Mjr. Lasley and Cpt. Huddleston watch as marines filling two transport rafts fight to reach land in a storm. The captain suggests that they call the marines back. When a huge wave capsizes the raft, they come up at shore with one of the marines dead.

When Captain Huddleston hears that the marine corporal has been charged with rape, he sends Lt. Colonel Sarah “Mac” MacKenzie to handle the case in a hot zone of Anti-American activity

An intruder shoots three Navy people, killing two. One of the dead is a friend of Harm, who protects his reputation. Webb, counterespionage, and disinformation are involved; Bud solves it. Mac and Renee return to town; Mac leaves again.

Harm defends an old friend against improper fraternization; while investigating, he finds something affecting national security, then he too faces serious questions.

Cpt. Shepard leads his troop off its peacekeeping mission and into battle with the colonel of the rebel forces. Consequently, six marines die in the public incident. Harm is sent in to investigate despite a recent touch of bad luck at various trials.

Personal rivalries surface in the JAG office when Mac assures Harm that she'll beat him to the finish line in the Jagathon for charity.

An American surveillance plane goes down and lands safely at a Chinese airbase. The Chinese are detaining the American crew and the plane in the belief that the US had violated Chinese airspace. Harm and Adm Boone go to China to reclaim the crew.

Harm, RAdm. Boone, and the detained crew arrive aboard the carrier, as does the rogue pilot, who then faces a court-martial. Harm and Bud must look for the greater truth despite the facts of the case.

Two marines chase a Santa who is collecting money for charity. The chase moves into the department store and the marines finally corner the “Santa” in a dressing room and arrest the so-called Santa, Petty Officer Jennifer Coates.

A woman runs through the woods being chased by a horseman. She runs from him up a hill with the sound of horse hooves beating the ground. The woman tumbles down the hill where the horseman stabs her. The woman is Lt. Colonel Sarah “Mac” MacKenzie.

Outside of Kandahar in Afghanistan, a helicopter full of Navy Seals descends to retrieve the body of one of their own. As they reach the ground, the unit comes under fire from Al Qaeda forces. One of the Seals, Lt. Reese, is shot and killed.

During a dark, foggy night, Alpha Company comes under attack by Bravo Company during exercise drills. After the commanding officer calls a cease-fire, the men learn that Marine Corporal Mark Duquette, the officer on watch, is dead.

Harm and Mac go to Saudi Arabia to defend a Lt. Donato, a naval aviator who refuses to where an abaya and veil while off base.

A spotter on the ground calls for an air strike as he has identified 15 heavily armed suspected Al Qaeda members on horseback. JAG won’t approve the air strike until the spotter is certain the men are Al Qaeda members.

Cdr. Turner presents his findings in Lt. Bud Roberts’ inquiry. Turner is sorry to say that in his opinion, Lt. Roberts did not adequately represent his client. As a result, he will be charged with dereliction of duty.

When a fire breaks out in the galley of a ship Harm and Mac are sent to investigate. The investigation is really a cover for them to discreetly investigate the ship’s Captain because Admiral Albrecht suspects he shows a lack of leadership.

Navy Seals are wounded, and civilians were killed during a mission in Afghanistan. A reporter who was sent along as a PR move to generate good publicity for the military. Because of the attack he is now reporting negatively about the incident.

A retired chief petty officer seeks a new trial about his involvement in an alleged mutiny after a disastrous explosion in 1944.

Adm. Chegwidden alerts his staff that for the first time in 50 years, the President has ordered a military tribunal for a prisoner on the USS Sea Hawk. Given the sensitive nature of the tribunal he asks for a volunteer to defend the suspected terrorist.

An ambulance pulls up to a crash site where a woman, Jennifer Wilson, is found injured and crying for her baby. Unbeknownst to her, the six-month-old baby died in the accident. A Navy judge stands accused of vehicular homicide.

Central Command coordinates an air strike on a confirmed target traveling through Afghanistan. After they launch the strike, marine troops assess the damage, and they are disturbed to learn that they targeted the wrong vehicle.

Kabir is preparing an attack against the U.S. and was last seen crossing the border from Afghanistan to Iran. He is believed to have recruited Capt. Yerastov, a Russian submarine captain. Turner, Harm and Mac help in the hunt for the terrorists.
