Maggie and Phil, with their children and best friends Clare and Guy take a short break together, where Phil drops his bombshell: he is unhappy and has decided to move out.

Maggie starts work at the travel agency, but unfortunately she's not very good at it and Karen and Helen, the other girls in the office, wish that Jeff hadn't taken her on.

Maggie and Phil begin mediation, but he is less than honest about all his earnings.
