There’s been an accident on an oil rig: oil is now spilling onto the sea floor off the coast of Norway, contaminating the water and threatening fishes and birds! Only the MeteoHeroes can prevent an environmental catastrophe, and there’s no time to lose!

There’s been a disaster on the Australian coast of the Pacific Ocean: a whale got itself tangled in a construction net which was dumped into the ocean. The whale is now beached, and signalling to the rest of it’s pod to rescue it, but if the other whales try to help the beached whale out, they’ll become ensnared in the garbage as well!

There’s an emergency in Rome, Dr. Makina’s factory is creating acid rain that’s melting the Coliseum! Only the Meteo Heroes can save the day, and there’s no time to lose! Ventum, Nix, Pluvia and Thermo are chosen for this mission; the four Meteo Heroes reach Rome quickly with the Jet Stream. Then they go to work!

There’s an emergency in Yosemite National Park California, Dr. Makina is going to make the endangered Yosemite Wooly Sunflower go extinct to manufacture perfume! There’s been an emergency in the Jiangsu province of China. Air pollution is choking entire cities! Planes can’t even take off because the smog is so thick! And people can’t breathe the polluted air!

There’s an emergency in Australia! Dr. Makina is fish farming an invasive species of carp in the Murray-Darling river basin. The carp are chasing away all the local fish! The children’s band practice is interrupted by an ALARM! An automobile accident has caused a massive traffic jam in frigid Moscow. The trapped, idling cars (which must be kept on so their heaters can warm the stranded passengers) are creating a huge, polluted smog cloud over the city!

There’s been a disaster in the Black Forest. Dry weather caused by climate change has caused a forest fire and the Black Forest is ablaze. Only the MeteoHeroes can prevent an environmental catastrophe, and there’s no time to lose! Pluvia and Nubess are chosen for this mission; the two MeteoHeroes reach the North Sea quickly with the Jet Stream.

The MeteoHeroes (especially Adam(Fulmen)) are thrilled to meet Mr. Ro-Bin, an interactive robot designed to help people properly sort all of their refuse. Their intoduction, however, is cut short by the ALARM! A small town outside of St. Petersburg, Russia is complaining about a strong, foul odor so bad it’s making local children ill.

Ecological crisis in a Polish lake! An increase in water temperature is making the lake dangerous for the local fish population. The MeteoHeroes must identify and solve the problem – before the local fisherman are forced to abandon their village and leave the lake forever.

There’s a crisis brewing on the Mediterranean coast of Spain: fishing by dragging giant nets, or“trawling”, is threatening not only sea life, but also their undersea environment. Only the MeteoHeroes can save the endangered sea life (particularly turtles) AND put a stop to the invasive, destructive fishing method known as “trawling”.

Just as Fulmen disturbs his fellow MeteoHeroes in the middle of the night, bumping around looking for his slippers, the ALARM sounds. The storks who usually migrate from Eastern Europe to Africa each Autumn have stopped halfway, in Istanbul! Artificial lights in the city are confusing them.

The other MeteoHeroes wait for Adam(Fulmen) to finish pigging out – wolfing down everything left on the kitchen table... He finishes and tosses everything remaining into the rubbish bin... WITHOUT SEPARATING OUT THE RECYCLABLES! Emilia loudly chides him for this careless, and very un-MeteoHero-like, act! Just as the ALARM sounds.

Pluvia, Fulmen and Ventum are getting in some Power Dome training. Fulmen finishes super-fast, confident he’s been the fastest MeteoHero, as always... but Ventum MIGHT just have come in first this time. Of course, then he accidentally lands on Fulmen’s treadmill and gets catapulted across the Dome... Suddenly, the ALARM sounds. Two ships have collided in a harbor in the Mediterranean Sea.

Pluvia, Nix and Nubess are training in their Power Domes. Thermo and Fulmen are cheering Nubess on as she practices her CLOUDSHAPES. Ventum can’t resist egging her on: “Make a pizza slice! No, wait: a pretzel!” Which reminds him that it’s almost snack time, and he is starving! Suddenly, the ALARM sounds.

A cyclist in Germany enjoys riding on his small town’s new energy-producing Solar Panel Bike Path... until he comes upon a huge section where the panels are missing! Back at the MEC, Fulmen and Ventum are exercising on stationary bikes – a bit competitively... Fulmen pedals so fast, his bike starts to melt!

Just as Ventum’s difficulty controlling his power results in the destruction of Nix’s training targets, the ALARM sounds. A giant, unstable iceberg has drifted right off the coast of a halibut fishermen's village in Greenland! Ventum wants to go, but his recent mistakes lead to Thermo and Nix being chosen for this mission.
