Raised by Wolves

Home schooled Wolverhampton family of six-the Garrys-are taken out into nature by their survivalist mother, Della, to forage for free food in case society breaks down. Eldest child Germaine, comes up with an unhealthy way to get closer to the boy of her very delusional dreams.

When Germaine's 'visible panty line' traumatizes the only male Garry child, seven-year-old Wyatt, Della is forced to take the kids into town, on an emergency underwear mission to get roomier knickers. Grampy, meanwhile, is tasked with making Wyatt feel good about being male, though his choice of activities is questionable.

Germaine resorts to desperate measures when her cousin, Cathy, threatens Germaine's plans to find love. Della tries to be self-sufficient by growing her own food, but has to call in reinforcements to protect her borders from a furry threat.

Della forces the kids their sad uncle's birthday party. Germaine develops an unusual perspective on Cathy and Lee's relationship, and Aretha meets someone she doesn't immediately dislike.

Della and the kids rescue a distraught Grampy in the aftermath of a family bereavement, with little comfort coming from his wife. Meanwhile, Germaine tries out various ways to deal with her grief, eventually hitting upon an effective but characteristically inappropriate one.

Jubilant after Cathy and Lee's break up, Germaine follows Lee to a nightclub, taking a reluctant Aretha and Yoko. Della goes on what she refuses to call a date, and Yoko gets "Frankensteined" by Germaine.
