Seaside Hotel

The newspapers are filled with bankruptcies and a world crisis, but that won't stop the Copenhagen regulars from returning to the small hotel where Fie has taken over day-to-day management.

Fie’s younger sister Ane has arrived at the hotel after being fired by the priest’s wife. She starts work at the hotel but makes a number of unfortunate mistakes.

Ane wants to hear Jesper play at Hotel Udsigten, but Fie won't let her go. Ane makes plans to leave anyway, which leaves Edith with a problem. Meanwhile, Weyse receives a dream offer.

Mrs. Aurland needs Weyse to look after baby Severin, which has an unexpected effect on the otherwise self-absorbed actor.

Amanda starts her job with director Holger Scharff. Madsen is impatiently waiting for an answer from Kvist about what he's learnt about Morten's past. Weyse's and Mrs Aurland's plan is threatened.

Madsen is planning a full-day excursion, despite a storm warning. Mrs Aurland becomes careless about her secret relationship with Weyse.

As summer is coming to an end, several guests face life-changing events. Mr Aurland wonders what to do now that he knows who Severin's real father is, while Mrs Frigh tries to find herself.
