The Ring

Anna visits her client, Simon, at his successful fashion company. When she sees a ring lying around, she impulsively takes it. That evening she falls in love with Max, a police detective. When Anna sees Simon the next day, he confronts her.

Anna struggles with Simon's blackmail. She confides in Roos that there seems to be no solution. Max is suspended and bored so he informally gets involved in the case of the missing Salena. He also gives Anna an idea to resist Simon.

Anna swears she will never get into bed with Simon again, even if she has to kill him for it. Max actively searches for Salena. Patrick tries to pay his respects at Mirande's funeral. Anna's parents come to bring her a small gift.

Roos is troubled by Anna's story about her fight with Simon, and that she stabbed him with an awl. When news arrives that Simon is dead, the police start a major investigation. Roos advises Anna to confess everything.

Max is involved in the murder investigation. Anna swears to Roos that she did not stab Simon in the throat, but Roos doesn’t know what to believe. At BootCamp, Patrick demands that Anna resolve the issues surrounding Mirande's suicide.

Anyone who might know anything about Simon's murder is questioned, including his secretary, Lois. Anna searches for Simon’s other victims. Lilly and the children struggle with the loss of their husband and father.

Max is confused about the discovery he has made. Suspicion turns to Aron, Mirande's brother, and Lois. Lilly wants to get involved with BootCamp. Anna thinks she has found another victim of Simon.

Anna is finally willing to confess the whole story to Max. Roos has no choice but to make a difficult decision. Aron enlists his parents to confirm his alibi. Lilly does not understand where the ring she found came from.

Anna is in jail and is firmly interrogated. Lilly faces an unpleasant truth. Max is alienated from the police. Patrick fears the demise of his company as the big spring fashion show approaches.

As the police try to put her behind bars again, Anna teams up with Max to find the truth. Lilly doesn't know how to deal with the facts about Simon. Patrick wants the big spring fashion show to be a success at all costs.
