Kyle Richards hires Lisa's posh restaurant, SUR, to cater her cocktail event. At the party, Lisa struggles to keep tensions down between Brandi Glanville and Scheana. Later, Scheana invites everyone to her birthday party, but it doesn't take long for catfights to erupt.

Jax gets a tattoo of Stassi's name to prove his love, but a romantic dinner turns into a shouting match when Stassi reveals there's another guy in her life. Later, Stassi attacks Scheana for turning Lisa against her, and Tom attempts to mend his relationship with Kristen.

Stassi rekindles her romance with Jax when the SUR staff heads to her mom's house in Lake Arrowhead. When Scheana complains of yet another injury, Lisa smacks her down for playing the sympathy card.

Kristen's obsession over rumors that Tom is hooking up with the pretty new bartender leads to a five-girl shouting match on the night of Lisa's dinner.

Lisa's staff heads to Cabo for Stassi's 25th birthday, but a vulgar comment from Scheana turns the celebration into a catfight. When a drunken argument ends with a drink thrown in Katie's face, Stassi lashes out at her friends for taking the spotlight away from her birthday.
