Ray Balfi's bizarre world of drug dealers, incompetent cops and social rejects takes a turn as he tries to begin a new life-direction and shops his cartoon screenplay to 100 Hollywood production companies. While facing rejection after rejection Ray learns that someone stole his script and made his movie without his permission. Ray finds new motivation in his quest for revenge - and for blood.
