Sara Grau is a forensic pathologist married to Lluís Forés, a senior executive at Dorian, a pharmaceutical multinational; an attentive, loving man who longs to have a child with Sara.

As the Granny Killer follows Sara and Lluís to the hospital and is recognized by Sara as the man she had a one-night stand with, the police discover their first lead. Sara, however, is unaware of her previous tryst’s connection to the recent spate of murders in the city.

Figuring out the connection between the car crash victim and her one-night stand, Sara continues to pursue her own investigations, and the police believe they have identified the serial killer terrorizing Barcelona.

Unaware that her lover is Marc Ramos, the Granny Killer, Sara confronts him for following her. Meanwhile Judge Cases’ wife continues to threaten blackmail, leading him to make a drastic decision.

Mercè finally agrees to Judge Cases’ demands for a divorce and signs the papers, but is she too late?

When Judge Cases receives news of his wife's murder, he pretends to be surprised, leaves Magda in Mallorca, and returns on the first flight.

Ramos arrives home at dawn. His father is waiting for him.

Sara doesn't even know the name of the man in the sketch and starts investigating on her own.

Sara, staying at Aitor's home, doesn't answer Lluís's calls and can't help feeling good around Aitor and Miren.

Now free, Ramos prepares to settle scores. He calls Sara from an unknown number and threatens her: she will live in fear forever.

Sara faces a difficult day: she is now alone, and Lluís gives her 24 hours to take her things before he throws them away.
