Teiichi finds himself lost in the old hallways of Seikyou Academy, and stumbles upon the school's resident ghost, Yuko.

Teiichi receives a mysterious letter that leads him to meet Kirie, who warns him of Yuko's true nature.

The Paranormal Investigation Club holds a summer break training camp in the old school building to look into another ghost story.

Teiichi and his club host a haunted house for the school culture festival that brings your greatest fears to life. 

The rumor of a masked blood covered monster runs wild in the halls of Seikyou Academy, led by a student named Yuko Kirishima.

Teiichi notices Yuko acting strange whenever she sees him spending time with Momoe. Shadow Yuko makes an unexpected appearance.

Yuko asks tells Teiichi to keep his distance from her after an unfortunate incident. Kirie thinks that Yuko is sending her painful memories to her shadow self.

Teiichi and Kirie discover that Yuko has been pushing all her bad memories to her shadow self, and that she has no idea about any of the school's mysteries. 

Teiichi finds himself sixty years in the past and experiences Yuko's final days as a human.  As she slips into the abyss, a dark sensation takes hold.

After returning from the past, Teiichi and Yuko are unable to see or hear each other. They have to rely on the club's logbook to communicate.

With all the mysteries surrounding her life and death solved, Yuko is finally whole, and now she must choose to pass on or stay with Teiichi as a ghost.
