Max and Caroline, now part-owners of the diner, put the finishing touches on their Dessert Bar. Max deals with her breakup with Randy, and Sophie and Oleg prepare for their baby.

Caroline is shocked to see her ex-boyfriend, Candy Andy, at a press junket to promote the film about her life, which makes Bobby jealous.

The girls and the gang prepare for the premiere of the film about Caroline's life, and Caroline and Max contemplate their future at the diner and the states of their love lives.
