Liam's edgy as he lets Carla in. He explains that Ryan's upstairs trying on shirts for the wedding.

It's the wedding day and Maria looks sad as a concerned Audrey enters her room.

Liam is bemused. Audrey tells Maria she owes it to him to at least talk and heads in to the hotel to tell everyone there's a slight hitch.

Carla emerges bleary-eyed from her room. She checks her messages but has none.

Alex enters the Kabin. He tells Norris Michelle is his Mum. Lloyd asks Roy if he's all packed.

The police explain that Alex has been shop-lifting for attention. Paul tells Jack about his conversation with Dan.

Alex moves into the Rovers and Michelle does her best to make him feel at home.

Carla arms herself with a tyre iron and enters her flat with trepidation. Ryan feels uncomfortable with Alex around.

David tells Gail that Tina is staying for a couple of weeks while her mum's away. Gail's not impressed.

Steve tells Ryan that Wendy is coming to collect Alex who's moving back home.

Alex remains locked in the Rovers bar and refuses to come out. Liz and Steve are furious whilst Michelle's sympathetic and tries to coax him out.

Tina persuades David that they should win Gail round by offering to cook her a meal. Wendy calls round with some of Alex's things.

As Ryan leaves No.7 on his way to school, Michelle tries to talk to him but Ryan gives her the cold shoulder.
