Notobar Khara, aka Notty K, a village bumpkin from the Khara family of Chamkaitala, in his pursuit to secure his dream job as a police inspector, travels to Italy to bring back Samira, the daughter of SP and reunite the family. All goes well for Notobar until he falls in love with Samira who is a police officer in Italy and a series of strange events ensues.
