The female owner of 80% share of TSV can't kick Simonov out as he owns 20% of the channel. She wants to know what his plan is and check if Vlad is a TV production genius. The first season brings success, so the team starts to shoot the sequel.

Masha doesn't want to betray Vlad and persuades the team not to leave TSV. Vlad tells his employees about the talk show launch, he looks for some fresh ideas. Sveta wants to be a host, but her plan is doomed.

Masha finds the advertising clients to increase the budget of the show. The ask CEO to develop and present the advert of their unusual product. Sveta tells Kurenok in making vines. An owner of TSV share keeps on pretending to be Larisa, Vlad's neighbor, and invites him to a dinner.

TSV talk show doesn't perform well, so the team changes the host and concept. Vlad's "neigbor" suggests Vlad buying out the share of the series.

Vlad gets the rights for the series, Masha suspects someone manipulates Vlad. Igor's father starts to shoot the sequel of the series.

Vlad tries to impress Larisa and invites her to a restaurant. Masha tries to understand the plan of Simonov regarding TSV, Igor gets back to the sequel production,

Simonov thinks up how to get the majority of equity share. He asks Masha to discuss his plan with the team. Sveta has no job and wants to come back to Vlad, but a call from advert agency changes her plans.

Vlad disappears for 3 days. The team can't find him. Will Vlad remain the CEO and drive the team to success again?
