The story of two young kids, happy-go-lucky, dumb-as-a-stump Billy, and cynical, deadpan Mandy, who become best friends with the Grim Reaper after beating him in an otherworldly limbo contest. Together, this unlikely trio handles typical suburban challenges--school, family and dealing with unwanted visitors from the Underworld and beyond.
