Two policewomen must save the city from the green-haired escaped convict Malathion (Julia Parton) who became a criminal after being exposed to toxic chemicals. She is hell bent on harming the city and the environment. But the policewomen are taken off active duty for failing to stop Malathion’s gang. Now it is up to the sisters to stop the evil Malathion to get their jobs back!
