In the series premiere, Superman’s grandfather, Seg-El learns that his home planet of Krypton has been targeted by the world-consuming alien known as Brainiac.

Adjusting to the realities of his mission, as well as his newfound rank in the Guilded class, Seg (CAMERON CUFFE) vows to save Krypton from Brainiac.

During a military crackdown on Seg’s home district known as the Rankless Initiative, Seg and Adam (SHAUN SIPOS) race to find Brainiac’s deadly Sentry.

To quell the Rankless unrest, the Voice of Rao finds a scapegoat for the failed Rankless Initiative. Meanwhile, Seg is approached by a Black Zero leader.

Seg finds a window into Krypton’s ancient past, but learns that his life may be in danger. And Jayna-Zod (ANN OGBOMO) considers an offer from House Vex.

Seg is confronted with an impossible decision: Stop Brainiac from bottling Kandor or let Kyrpton perish – so Superman may live.

In the aftermath of a failed coup, Daron-Vex (ELLIOTT COWAN) must decide how to punish the conspiractors. Lyta and Dev (AARON PIERRE) go in search of Jayna.

A resistance movement begins to form to impede the Voice of Rao’s increasing power and influence, while Adam Strange tries to right his many wrongs.

Lyta and General Zod come up with a plan to stop Brainiac, while Seg must decide if he’s willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in service of the greater good of Kandor.

In the season one finale, the battle for Kandor commences, while Seg races against the clock to save his city from being overtaken by Brainiac.
