When Nora gets attacked on the street, a frightening development arises. David Leonhart finds out that a young woman who looks like Nora Berger is responsible for murdering the two Blis dealers.

Nora discovers she has a twin sister by the name of Sara. Is she the murderer in the video? However, Sara is said to have died many years ago. The conspiracy is condensing.

Nora is not convinced her sister is dead and decides to look for her. Marie's brother Luka is the star witness to testify against Mafia boss Mitosch...but Mitosch's people find him.

Nora's visions become more intense. She confirms her suspicion that there is something wrong with Dr. Herter...and is again in danger.
