The Grand Seduction

For 8 years in a small village the locals have stood in line for welfare checks; remembering the old days when the catch was good, and the fishermen proud. Then, salvation: a company wants to build a factory on the island, but only if a doctor lives on it. It seems hopeless until a doctor has an incident with a cop and finds himself on a boat to the village. But how to convince Dr. Lewis to stay?
