The Spy War

When the war between China and Japan broke out, Qi Ben Zhong was the Captain of the Chinese Nationalist Army. He has a girl that he loves named Su Ruoshui. But their relationship has to stay in secret.

Qi Zheng Yuan is trying to invite Su Ruoshui to come to his house for a performance. But many people know that's just an excuse. What is he really trying to do?

Things are getting complicated as Su Ruoshui is getting more involved with the affairs of the Qi Family. At the same time, the Chinese Nationalist Army is trying to dig out the identity of the Japanese spy.

Ruoshui Su turns Benli Qi down and confesses she falls in love with someone else. But Benli Qi promises that he won't give up.

Benzhong Qi has a talk with Benli and begs him to give up pursuing Ruoshui. Benzhong is being investigated by the BIS.

Benzhong is under the surveillance of BIS. He has a fight with Ruoshui over how to resist the Japanese invasion.

Benxiao is collecting information about Bai to confirm if she is a spy from Japan. Benzhong briefs with other departments on the updates of train station shooting.

Ruoshui Su breaks up with Benzhong Qi. Only one ticket is sold for her play.

Ruoshui Su has a new play and it is a great success. Benzhong Qi finds out that his own father engaged in the corruption case.

Ruoyun Su respects Benxiao Qi for his fight against Japanese invaders. She insists on marrying him but her sisters hold different opinions.

Benli Qi steals Benzhong's handgun and kills Zhu's whole family. The police arrest Benzhong when he arrives at Zhu's house.

Everyone's eyes are on Benzhong Qi's case. Benyi Qi spent his father's money instead of saving his brother and Benxiao Qi asked Wei to put Benzhong on trial.

Hantai Liu is about to leave, so he confronted Benzhong Qi to ask him if he is the spy Lijiang for the Communist Party.

Benli Qi is heartbroken to see Benzhong and Ruoshui's relation go public. He decides to kill Zhi Li to expose Benzhong as the spy Lijiang.

Ruoyun Su confesses her feeling to Benxiao Qi while they are drinking. Ruoyun Su says she is afraid that she will get killed in the battlefield so wants to have Benxiao Qi to remember her.

Zhengyuan Qi takes Yuyan Liu as his mistress but a news reporter discovers and threatens to expose it. Benli Qi arranges a trap to arrest Lijiang.

Benzhong Qi is poisoned and is sent into hospital. He survives but not his leg. Li Jiang postpones the meeting so Benli Qi suspects Benzhong is Li Jiang.

Benxiao Qi doesn't believe Benzhong lost his leg and Benli accuses him neglects brotherhood. Benzhong Qi waits for the other spies to expose themselves.

Benxiao and Benzhong have to talk and Benxiao tells Benzhong that he will leave Guilin. Benxiao confronts the Japanese army.

Chiang Kai-Shih will arrive in Guilin and the president appoints Benzhong Qi as the commander to find out all spies hidden in the government.
