JP DeRose Breaking Boundaries

JP heads to Prince Edward Island in Eastern Canada to tackle the famed giant Bluefin Tuna that invade the Gulf of the St. Lawrence each fall. JP joins West coasters Fred Helmer and Wayne Yamauchi along with Shimano's Steve Sherman aboard Captain Greg Norton's boat from Tightline Tours. With Bluefin Tuna from 600-1000 lbs swirling around, can the guys land the fish of a lifetime?

JP Travels to British Columbia, Canada and finds himself in Chilliwack looking to take on the Vedder River and it's Chum Salmon. It's October and the run should be in full swing. Meeting up with Fred's Custom Tackle guide Steve Simpson, they test out the waters of both the Vedder and Stave Rivers using a myriad of techniques.

JP Travels South to Alabama to fish with FLW Tour Pro Alex Davis on his home waters of Lake Guntersville. It's the middle of winter in Canada and the trip South to fish open water and learn to pattern Largemouth Bass is an opportunity JP just won't pass up.

Yvonne Brown joins JP on his home lake, Lake Simcoe, to target springtime Yellow Perch. With varying water temperatures and lots of water to cover, can the two run into the Jumbo Perch this lake is so known for?

JP Travels to the heart of the Darien Jungle, to Tropic Star Lodge looking to experience the untapped inshore fishery targeting the famed Roosterfish. Armed with some different gear and lures, JP attempts to break down this vast area using both Live Bait and artificial lures.

JP meets up with Caylan Climspon, daughter of tournament angler Paul Climspon, who JP has fished with for years. Caylan lives in BC and has never experienced the incredible Sturgeon fishery that existed in her own backyard.

JP is joined by Derek Strub to fish one of Southern Ontario's many tributaries that leads to Lake Ontario. It's early May and JP and Derek are targeting the drop back Steelhead that have recently finished their Spring spawn.

JP travels to Alaska to meet up with Randy Dale, a long time friend who owns Kasilof River Cabins on the Kasilof River. During his stay, they decide to try and figure out the Sockeye Salmon run that was in full swing that August.

JP is joined by buddy Chris Giles in the Kawartha Lakes region, looking to find some early Springtime Black Crappie. With a late Spring and cold water temperatures, JP and Chris go through the process of eliminating water, step by step to find the schools.

In the season finale, JP recaps some of his most memorable catches that happened during the filming of season 3. From Roosterfish to giant Sturgeon, season 3 gave JP a chance to knock a chunk off his bucket list!
