After a very successful day of fishing, George and Lain give back with a donation of fresh fish to the local firehouse where the Guyz get lost during a private tour. Chef John of Sundowner's Restaurant in Key Largo shows the Guyz how to prepare Jefferson's Bourbon Glazed Mahi Mahi.

Lain and George embark on an Everglades adventure with Captain and radio host, Matt Bellinger. Hearing of Matt's volunteer work with Dolphin's Plus Marine Mammal Rescue, the Guyz set out to learn more about this organization. Chef John of Sundowner's Restaurant in Key Largo shows the Guyz how to prepare his signature dish, Snapper Francaise.

Retired Army SGT Gary S Herber representing Shepherd's Men joins The Fish Guyz for a day of rod bending and fishing comradery. The Guyz all visit the Florida Keys History & Discovery Center for a history lesson and a surprise visit from fishing legend Stu Apte. Returning to Sundowner's Restaurant in Key Largo, Chef John prepares a Hogfish Fernando for Lain and George.

Lain Goodwin and George Clark Jr. join Captain Rick Stanczyk for a day of fun-fishing in the Everglades catching redfish, snook and tarpon. Then the Fish Guyz head up for a different type of fly fishing. At Sundowner's, Chef John prepares Shallot Encrusted Hogfish.

Captain Chris Hanson takes George and Lain out for a day of reef fishing off the coast of Key Largo. The Fish Guyz visit REEF to learn more about how the Lionfish are affecting the Atlantic Waters off the Florida Keys. Grilled Grouper is prepared by Chef John at Sundowner's Restaurant.
