A random series of spree attacks is taking place at a certain high school. Max and Yuri lead the team to investigate, posing as an anti-drug seminar.

The daughter of the lead candidate for the upcoming mayoral elections has been kidnapped by Esperanza. As he gets them for help, Doug and the others lead a dangerous rescue mission to get her back.

After being wounded in the kidnapping, Doug takes some time off to recover. Kirill keeps coming to visit him, but only so that he can get help with the pile of reports that’s due.

After the incident at the hospital, the police do a search of every university hospital in the city. Meanwhile, Kirill gets an unexpected job offer.

As SEVEN-O sinks into sorrow, the majority of Esperanza members are found dead. With no one to fight, the detectives are ordered to stand by at home. But Kirill makes a certain decision.
