Tom Bruise is called in to save Moshin Dewar stranded in Amrakistan during the 'Arab Uprising', and his invention, a 10 second time machine. Clandestine forces close in, trouble keeps brewing as our heroes must avoid capture by the US Army, Local Armed Militia and an unseen Enemy.
