Unexpected water damage is a costly setback for Chip and Jo, but the installation of beautifully restored wood pieces and reclaimed tile from Europe start to restore the original grandeur of the castle while a trip to an antique market shapes Jo's vision.

In the home stretch of construction, Chip and Jo focus on perfecting the details of the castle. A design issue in the kitchen spurs Chip to insist on a last-minute change order fixing countertops and windows, and Jo gets a surprise at the Silos.

Chip and Jo are finally finished with their biggest renovation to date -- a fully restored three-story castle originally built in the early 1900s. They reveal the final design and share what it took to blend a vintage sensibility with modern comfort.
