King: A Filmed Record

Part one covers the period from the 1955 Montgomery bus boycotts to the 1963 March on Washington, during which Dr. King delivered his famous ���I Have a Dream�۝ speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

The film�۪s second chapter begins in 1964, when Dr. King receives the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, then returns to America to lead protests over voting rights and discriminatory housing laws, before embarking on his now-historic march from Selma to Montgomery, where he and his followers faced violent reprisals.
