Letha Manasulu is about identical twins Puppy and Lalli (Kutty Padmini) who accidentally meet and discover that they are sisters, separated due to their warring parents. They decide to switch places in order to unite their parents. Letha Mansulu is a remake of 1961 English movie The Parent Trap.
