My Kitchen Rules returns with a new batch of home cooks ready to do battle in Australia's most popular and hotly contested cooking competition. But this time around, a secret ingredient has been added to the My Kitchen Rules recipe.It's a twist that will change the rules and raise the stakes, pushing each team to boiling point.

Teams are off to sunny Queensland for lovebirds JP and Nelly's Instant Restaurant. In a night of high drama, will the young couple prove they have what it takes to stay in the competition?

With only two Instant Restaurants left of the Redemption Round it's crunch time as diners return to Adelaide for Rosie & Paige's Big Love Grub.

It's the last cook of the redemption round as guests gather for Carmine and Lauren's Number 32. Serving slow cooked lamb shanks and Lauren's 'famous' mud cake, the South Australians aim to pull out all the stops.
