A story about two business rivals, Singhania and Dhaneshwar, who pass on their deadly rivalry to the next generation. After Singhania's forced death, his elder son, Raj (Sunil Shetty) takes the reign as a gangster, while his younger son, Prem (Akshay Kumar) joins the police force and both vow to fight for justice and to take down the empire of Dhaneshwars' successor, his younger brother Tejeshwar.
