Margarito is a gold collector, along with his father and brother. After a long spell of coming up empty-handed, they decide to look for a new place to dig. As they journey through the desert, they come across a woman being attacked and go to her rescue. Upon earning her trust, they learn that her father used to be a gold collector as well, and she naively gives them his findings as a reward.
