Dr Pixie makes a house call to see two brothers who are so obese they find walking difficult and need urgent stomach surgery to save their lives.

Dr Pixie meets a woman who's weight has contributed to a vaginal prolapse, and a young mum who's size J-cup breasts are so heavy they are putting her body under strain.

In tonight's show, Dr Dawn meets a woman who's carrying so much excess weight it's hiding the hernias in her stomach while Dr Christian sees a man who's lost his penis in rolls of fat. Dr Pixie treats a compulsive eater and investigates how fat can cause permanent damage to joints.
